Here's the DREAM scenario:
Working on projects that allows creative
freedom and the scope to be able to collaborate with a dream team of creative people.
Growing up in the 80's, I spent my childhood years as an doodler glued to SD television watching He-Man, The Transformers and Inspector Gadget. Entering many school drawing contests wasn't just a past-time but served as a creative outlet for my imagination. In 1997, I graduated from the Corcoran School of Art and Design and accepted my first design position at Grafik, where I continued to learn and understand the importance of concept driven work and client relationships. During my time there, my work was showcased and screened at the Art Director's Club on several occasions and I spoke at AIGA and HOW Design conferences. After spending a few years focusing on print design, my desire to study motion graphics and storytelling led me into experimenting with Flash and After Effects.
In 2005, I had the opportunity to work closely with clients like Discovery Channel, Travel Channel and HGTV creating show opens and on-air graphic packages for various television shows. With a background in print design, conceptualizing is always at the forefront of every project to help guide the creative process from start to finish.
Taking on new challenges in any medium, changing minds, sharing ideas, developing new opportunities and winning is what I do.
